Shipping and Returns Policy
Payments
Als je een bestelling bij ons plaatst kan je betalen via Wero (Ideal) of Paypal. Hiervoor gebruiken wij een beveiligd betaalsysteem Mollie. Bestellingen worden pas verzonden zodra het geld op onze rekening staat. In het geval van het gebruik van achteraf betalen, is de klant zelf verantwoordelijk voor het op tijd betalen van de rekening.
Shipping
Op dit moment wordt er via de website alleen bestellingen verzonden naar Nederland. Via Etsy (@paperwildflowersshop) kan er besteld worden vanuit België, Italië, Verenigd Koningrijk, Zwitserland, Australië, Canada, Nieuw-Zeeland, Japan, Zuid-Korea, Hongkong en Singapore. Alle andere landen zijn momenteel uitgesloten, i.v.m. PPWR regels of te hoge invoertarieven. Alle bestellingen worden verzonden met PostNL. Verzendkosten binnen Nederland zijn €4,55 voor brievenbuspakketjes en vanaf €6,35 voor pakketpost. Alle bestellingen worden ingepakt met hergebruikt/recyclebaar materiaal of papier/karton.

In addition, it is also the customer's responsibility to accept a package or to collect a package on time if it has been delivered to a service point. Any additional shipping costs will in all cases be charged to the customer.
Bij het afrekenen van je bestelling kan het zijn dat je de optie 'gratis verzenden' ziet staan. Deze optie is alleen bedoelt voor vrienden en familie, of vooraf afgesproken. Voor andere klanten is het NOT possible to collect your order.
Delivery time
Wanneer je een bestelling hebt geplaatst bij Paper Wildflowers, doen wij ons best om de bestelling zo snel mogelijk bij je thuis te krijgen. Wij proberen bestellingen binnen 3 tot 5 werkdagen te verzenden. Let wel op: Paper Wildflowers is een eenmansbedrijf en ik werk hiernaast ook nog als verpleegkundige. Dus mogelijk kan er een uitzondering zijn op het bovenstaande.
Returns Policy
Of course, it could always happen that you are not completely happy with the products you ordered. You have the right to return your items up to 14 days after receiving your order. These items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Only the person who placed the order may request a return.
The costs of sending the return are for the customer. In addition, the customer is responsible for neatly packaging the return and ensuring that the package arrives safely. If the package is lost, please contact the chosen postal company. In this case, the purchase amount will not be refunded by Paper Wildflowers, but you can submit a claim to the chosen postal company.
Step 1. Contact Paper Wildflowers to register a return. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. You will then receive the return address from Paper Wildflowers.
Step 2. Pack the products carefully. Frank the return via PostNL and deliver the package to a PostNL service point.
Please note: the responsibility for return shipment lies with the customer. So please keep your tracking information safe until the return has been processed. Products that are returned must always arrive undamaged. Damaged products will not be returned and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Paper Wildflowers has 14 days after registering the returned items to refund the full purchase amount (purchase and delivery costs), provided the items are returned in good condition.
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal: digital products on a non-material medium.
